At Kalpavriksha Trust, we truly appreciate your contributions. However, in rare cases of error:

Cancellation:

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Email support@kalpavriksha.org with your name, donation amount, and Razorpay payment ID.

Refund:

• A refund is only applicable in cases of duplicate payment or incorrect amount.
• Refunds will be processed through Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

Note: Donations made intentionally for charity causes are generally non-refundable.
